Roadside Questions
Do I always need a tow?
No — and we would rather not tow you if we don't have to. A jump start, tire change, fuel delivery or lockout gets a lot of drivers back on the road for far less than a tow.
Will a jump start fix my problem for good?
A jump gets you moving. If the battery is failing or the alternator is not charging, it can die again — we'll tell you honestly what we're seeing so you can decide whether to drive to a shop or take the tow.
What if I don't have a spare tire?
Then a tire change isn't an option and the safest call is a short tow to a tire shop. Tell us when you call and we will send the right truck the first time.
How much fuel do you bring?
Enough to get you to the nearest station. Let us know whether the vehicle takes gas or diesel when you call.
Can you unlock any vehicle?
We can open most passenger vehicles using proper entry tools. Some newer vehicles with advanced locks may require a locksmith or dealer, and we'll tell you straight if that's the case.
